Ингредиенты
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 3 x To 4 Cloves Garlic, chopped
- 3 can Italian (plum) Tomatoes, pureed in food processor (28 ounce each)
- 1/2 c. Fresh Italian Parsley, minced
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Dry Basil Leaves
- 2 x Bay Leaves

- Salt and Freshly Grnd Pepper to taste
- In a 3 qt saucepan heat extra virgin olive oil over medium heat. Add in garlic and saute/fry' 1 minute. Add in tomatoes and remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered about 30 min. Remove bay leaves and store in refrigerator for future use. Serve over pasta in place of meat sauce.
- Yield: about 8 C.
