- 1 x Onion (finely minced)
- 1 x Clove garlic (finely chopped-the crushed Polaner garlic is very good here)
- 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 1 tsp Beef boullion
- 1/4 tsp Basil
- 1/4 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 c. Egg substitute
- 1/2 c. Wheat germ
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Parsley

- Roommate years ago and recently rediscovered it when my husband was diagnosed with very high cholesterol. I hope you enjoy it!
- Blend the first three ingredients. Add in the rest. Form meatballs and fry in pan coated with Pam or possibly other cooking spray.
- Serve with your favorite spagetti sauce.
- *****I find which the meatballs taste better if you do not make them too large. Bite size is the best. You can also add in a tsp. of Extra virgin olive oil to the pan for frying if you wish.
