- 2 ounce Unsweetened chocolate
- 1/4 lb Unsalted butter
- 1 c. Sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 c. All-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Coarsely minced walnuts

- Preheat the oven to 325 F. Butter an 8-inch square baking pan. In a heavy saucepan, heat the chocolate with the butter over low heat, stirring till completely melted. Remove from the heat and stir in the sugar. Add in the Large eggs and vanilla and "beat it all like mad". Stir in the flour, salt and walnuts and mix well.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40 min. "Take it out; let it cold; cut into squares and go crazy."
