- 2/3 c. Dry roasted peanuts, minced
- 1 c. Flour
- 1 stk margarine
- 1/3 c. Peanut butter
- 1 c. Powdered sugar
- 8 ounce Cream cheese
- 1 c. Cold Whip
- 1 sm Instant chocolate pudding
- 1 sm Instant vanilla pudding
- 2 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 c. Cold Whip Minced peanuts Hershey bar, shaved
Инструкции
- Blend flour and margarine; add in peanuts. Press into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. Cold.
- Cream peanut butter and cheese. Add in sugar. Blend in Cold Whip and spread over crust.
- Mix pudding mixes with lowfat milk and mix well. Spread over first layer. Top with Cold Whip. Shred Hershey bar and minced peanuts on top for garnish.
