- 1 Jiffy white cake mix
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/3 c. plus 1 T salad oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. nuts
- 3/4 c. powdered sugar
- 2 T lowfat milk

- Fold in order.
- Put half of batter in greased and lightly floured 8x2 inch pan. Sprinkle half of filling over batter. Then remaining batter, then remaining filling. Bake about 30-35 min in 375 degree oven. Cool before cutting 5-10 min.
- Mix and pour over cake.
