- 2 lb Grnd beef
- 1 Tbsp. Cumin, grnd
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper, (optional)
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Onion salt
- 1/2 tsp Oregano, grnd
- 1 tsp Chili Pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Pwdr

- Mix all dry spices together well, and mix into uncooked meat by hand. Heat spiced meat in frying pan over medium high heat till just brown, lower heat and simmer in juices till nearly dry.
- Spoon into heated taco shells or possibly flour tortillas, top with grated cheddar cheese, lowfat sour cream, tomato bits, lettuce strips, taco sauce or possibly other toppings.
