Ingredients: 1 1/4 c. dry Great Northern beans soaked overnight; 1 can Italian style (plum) tomatoes - (14 ounce) minced; 1 can beef broth - (14 ounce); 2 c. cubed yellow squash or possibly zucchini; 3/4 lb Italian sausage; 1 med onion minced; 1 x garlic clove chopped; 1/3 c. dry red wine; 1 pkt frzn minced spinach - (10 ounce) thawed, sqeezed dry

Ингредиенты

1 1/4 c. dry Great Northern beans soaked overnight
1 can Italian style (plum) tomatoes - (14 ounce) minced
1 can beef broth - (14 ounce)
2 c. cubed yellow squash or possibly zucchini
3/4 lb Italian sausage
1 med onion minced
1 x garlic clove chopped
1/3 c. dry red wine
1 pkt frzn minced spinach - (10 ounce) thawed, sqeezed dry

Инструкции

Drain beans, then put in a saucepan; cover with water. Boil for 10 to 15 min. Brown sausage; drain off fat. Add in to slow cooker with beans and remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on LOW 8 to 12 hrs. Serve with Parmesan cheese and Italian bread.
