Ingredients: 1 1/2 c. dry coffee creamer (the cheapest creamers usually have less fat ); 1 c. dry warm chocolate mix (I use Nestle's Quick); 1 tsp cinnamon heaping; 1 1/2 c. sugar; 1/2 c. instant coffee Crystals (I use Chase & Sanborn seems to dissolve quicker); 1 tsp vanilla pwdr

Ингредиенты

1 1/2 c. dry coffee creamer (the cheapest creamers usually have less fat )
1 c. dry warm chocolate mix (I use Nestle's Quick)
1 tsp cinnamon heaping
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. instant coffee Crystals (I use Chase & Sanborn seems to dissolve quicker)
1 tsp vanilla pwdr

Инструкции

Place coffee crystals in blender, grind to make them fine. Then mix all ingredients together & place in plastic freezer bags. When ready to use, put 2 to 4 TBSP in a mug, fill with boiling water.
** To make Vanilla coffee: Increase vanilla pwdr to 2 TBSP
For gifts: Put in mason jar, cover top with doily or possibly a square of fabric, tie ribbon around edge & attach recipe. Or possibly... package in a sandwich size freezer bag... make your own header card on your computer...and have your local printer run it off on card stock. Enjoy!
