- 1/2 lb jumbo lump crab meat
- 1 x 4 oz jar sliced mushrooms liquid removed
- 2 c. shredded Monterey jack cheese
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. small curd cream cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. prepared baking mix such as Bisquick
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 10-inch pie plate. Layer crab meat, mushrooms and Monterey Jack cheese in plate. Place remaining ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend on high about 1 1/2 min till smooth (or possibly beat 2-3 min on high speed of electric mixer, scraping bowl occasionally). Pour into plate. Bake about 45 min, till knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cook 5 min.
