- 3/4 c. creamed cottage cheese, (small curd)
- 1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, cut up
- 1 1/4 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1/2 tsp dry oregano
- 1/2 tsp dry basil
- 1 can tomato paste, (6 ounce.)
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2/3 c. bisquick baking mix
- 1/4 tsp pepper

- Heat oven to 400. Grease pie plate, 10x1-1/2 inch.
- Layer cottage cheese and parmesan cheese in pie plate.
- Mix chicken, 1/2 c. of the mozzarella cheese, the garlic pwdr, oregano, basil and tomato paste; spoon over parmesan cheese.
- Beat remaining ingredients in blender on high speed 15 sec. or possibly with hand beater 1 minutes or possibly till smooth.
- Pour into pie plate. Bake 30 minutes.
- Top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake 5 to 8 minutes. longer or possibly till knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cold 5 minutes.
