Ingredients: 1 lb Grnd Beef; 1 c. Onion, minced; 2 x Cloves Garlic, Minced fine; 2 tsp Chili Pwdr; 1/2 tsp Dry Oregano; 1/2 tsp Salt; 1/4 tsp Pepper; 8 ounce Enchilada Sauce; 2/3 c. Tortilla Chips, Crush Fine; 2 c. Cheddar Cheese, Shredded; 1 1/4 c. Lowfat milk; 3 x Large eggs; 3/4 c. Bisquick

Ингредиенты

1 lb Grnd Beef
1 c. Onion, minced
2 x Cloves Garlic, Minced fine
2 tsp Chili Pwdr
1/2 tsp Dry Oregano
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
8 ounce Enchilada Sauce
2/3 c. Tortilla Chips, Crush Fine
2 c. Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
1 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
3 x Large eggs
3/4 c. Bisquick

Инструкции

Heat oven to 400 . Grease 10" pie plate. Brown hamburger with onions, then drain grease. Stir in garlic, chili pwdr, oregano, salt, pepper and 1/2 C of Enchilada sauce. Sprinkle crushed tortilla chips proportionately in the pie plate. Top with 1-1/2 C of the cheese; spread with meat mix. Beat lowfat milk, Large eggs and Bisquick till smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high.
Pour into pie plate. Bake till knife comes out clean, 25 to 30 min. Spread remaining sauce over top, sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake till cheese is melted, 3-5 min longer. Cold 10 min before serving. Can top with lowfat sour cream if you like.
