- 6 c. chicken broth
- 1/4 c. finely silvered Virginia ham
- 1 head hard iceberg lettuce, broken into 4" chunks
- 1 x egg, lightly beaten
Инструкции
- Bring broth to boil. Add in ham and lower heat to simmer for 3 min.
- Raise heat to a boil and add in lettuce. When lettuce starts to wilt, add in egg and lower heat to simmer, while stirring till egg coagulates. Serve immediately.
