- Sugar (sweeten to taste)
- Vanilla or possibly lemon flavoring

- Beat Pet lowfat milk, large eggs and sugar. Add in water. Place in double boiler and stir as you cook the custard, stirring for about 20 min. Add in flavoring to taste before putting into increase freezer.
