- 4 c. huckleberries
- 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. old-fashioned oats uncooked
- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine
- 1/4 c. minced pecans

- Preheat oven to 375F. Place berries in a 9-inch square baking dish. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Stir lightly into fruit. For Topping, combine all ingredients except butter and nuts. With a pastry blender, cut into butter till mix resembles coarse crumbs. Add in nuts. Sprinkle topping over berries. Bake 30 min or possibly till bubbly around edge.
- Notes: I doubled the topping for this. It was very excellent for 3 days.
