- 2 tsp Distilled white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp Sesame seed, toasted

- Place spinach and bean sprouts in 2-qt microwave-safe baking dish.
- Cover; microwave on High 2 min. Toss vegetables; cover and microwave on High 3 min. Meanwhile, combine sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and sesame seed, stirring till sugar dissolves; pour over vegetables and toss to combine.
