- 2 can (16-ounce) whole tomatoes
- 2 can (8-ounce) plain or possibly Spanish tomato sauce
- 1 can (4-ounce) minced green chiles
- 4 x -(up to)
- 5 x Jalapeno peppers, tops removed
- 1 jar (2-ounce) minced pimento
- 3 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 2 tsp Cumin
Инструкции
- Put tomato sauce & jalapeno peppers in blender. Chop. Pour into large bowl.
- Put whole tomatoes in blender & barely chop. Pour into large bowl, add in remaining ingredients. Cure for at least 24 hrs before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
