- 3 slc Bacon, diced
- 2 lrg Large eggs
- 1/4 c. Cider vinegar
- 3/4 c. Water
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Инструкции
- In a heavy aluminum skillet, medium size, fry bacon till crisp.
- In a small mixing bowl beat Large eggs just sufficient to combine yolks and whites; add in vinegar, water, sugar and salt; beat to combine. Add in to bacon and bacon fat in skillet; cook over moderately low heat, stirring constantly, till thickened; don't boil.
- At once pour warm dressing over salad greens and toss together. Serve at once.
