- 9 c. popped popcorn
- 1 c. mixed nuts
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. brown sugar (packed)
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1 1/2 teaspoon rum extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- Bring brown sugar and corn syrup to a boil over medium high heat for 5 min. Then add in extract and baking soda. Remove from heat.
- Combine popcorn and nuts in large lightly greased pan. Then pour liquid mix over the popcorn and nuts, mixing well. Be sure all is coated.
