Ингредиенты
- 1 Tbsp. Active Dry Yeast
- 1 1/2 c. Hot Water 105 to 115F
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/4 c. Honey
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 c. Lard melted
- 2 c. Flour Whole-Grain Wheat
- 4 1/2 c. All-Purpose Flour
Инструкции
- Dissolve yeast in the water in a large mixing bowl. Let stand 5 min.
- Stir in Large eggs, honey, salt and cooled, melted lard.
- Add in the whole wheat flour. Stir well.
- Add in all-purpose flour gradually, beating to make a smooth, lump-free batter. Continue adding flour till soft dough forms.
- Turn out onto lightly floured board and knead for 10 min. Place dough into bowl to rise. Coer lightl.y with plastic wrap. Let rise inw arm place (85F) till doubled, 1 to 1.5 hrs.
- Turn dough out onto oiled board. Shape into 2 loaves or possibly 24 dinner rolls. Place loaves into lightly greased pans, or possibly rolls onto lightly greased sheets. Let rise till doubled.
- Bake at 375F; 40 to 45 min for loaves, 15 to 20 min for dinner rolls.
