- 1 c. Corn or possibly maple syrup or possibly honey
- 1 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1/4 c. Soya sauce
- 1 tsp Dry mustard Flour to thicken to desired consistency

- This is good with any kind of meat or possibly poultry really, just cook til the meat is done. For the crockpot, I reduce the water and make it quite thick as crockpot cooking thins liquids considerably. Or possibly you could use the oven, cooking meat in the sauce at 375F till the meat is all cooked.
