Ингредиенты

2 whl Large eggs
1/2 c. honey
1 c. apple minced
1 tsp vanilla
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking pwdr
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. rolled oats
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c. margarine melted
1/4 c. honey

Инструкции

Combine Large eggs, honey, oil, and apple. Set aside. Combine flour, baking pwdr and soda, salt and cinnamon. Combine two ingredients till just mixed. Spoon into prepared pan and top each muffin with combined topping mix. Bake at 425 for 17 to 20 min. Remove from pan and cold on rack.
