- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard plus
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil - (to 2)
- 4 piece salmon fillet - (6 ounce ea) skin removed Black sesame seeds for garnish

- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lime juice, water, and mustard.
- In a small non-stick skillet, heat oil over moderately-high heat till warm but not smoking and cook salmon 2 to 3 min on each side, or possibly till golden brown and just cooked through. Transfer salmon to 4 plates.
- Add in honey mix to skillet and simmer, stirring occasionally, till it reaches a glaze-like consistency. Pour the glaze over salmon and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
