- 3 stalks celery, cut in 1-inch pcs
- 2 lg. potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 2 carrots, cut into 1-inch pcs
- 1 onion, peeled and quartered
- 1 c. noodles, uncooked
- 2 c. turkey, cooked and cubed

- In 5-qt saucepan, combine first 5 ingredients. Over high heat, bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 min. Add in noodles and turkey. Cook 15 min longer. Yields: 8 servings.
