- 2 c. sugar
- 4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. water
- 1 (13 ounce.) can evaporated lowfat milk
- 2 c. mashed fresh strawberries

- Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl; add in remaining ingredients, stirring to mix. Pour mix into freezer can of a 1 gallon hand turned or possibly electric freezer. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Let ripen at least 1 hour. Yield: 1 gallon.
