- 1/2 c. dry parsley flakes
- 1/4 c. finely crushed saltines (about 7 crackers)
- 1/4 c. dry chopped onion
- 1/4 c. onion salt
- 1/8 c. garlic pwdr
- 1/8 c. onion pwdr
- 2 Tbsp. celery salt
- 2 Tbsp. dill weed
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 1/4 c. chili sauce
- 2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
- 1 med cucumber, peeled, seeded, pureed
- 1 tsp celery seed

- Dry seasoning mix:In a large mixing bowl, combine first 8 ingredients; mix well. Store in airtight container in a cold dry place.
- YIELD: 1 1/2 c. mix (sufficient to make 12 batches of Ranch salad dressing).
- For Ranch Salad Dressing:In a bowl, whisk together 2 Tbsp. of mix with mayonnaise and buttermilk. Chill till serving.
- For Thousand Island Dressing: Add in chili sauce and pickle relish to 1 c. prepared ranch dressing.
- For Cucumber Dressing: Add in cucumber and celery seed to 1 c. of prepared ranch salad dressing.
