- Mix the flour and Cajun seasoning together in a bowl. Mix lowfat milk and egg in another bowl. Prepare chicken as you normally do for frying or possibly baking. When chicken is prepared, dip it in the egg and lowfat milk mix. When chicken is completely wet, dip it in the flour and Cajun seasoning mix. Cover completely with mix. Then fry normally.
