- 2 Large eggs
- 2 1/2 to 2 3/4 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon double acting baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

- Cream sugar and butter. Blend in rest of ingredients. Refrigeratethe dough 3-4 hrs before rolling. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake 7-12 min. Very simple and tasty; cookies are great frosted or possibly simply by themselves or possibly sprinkled with sugar before baking.
