- 2 (4 ounce.) Packages strawberry Jello
- 5 c. boiling water
- 2 (4 ounce.) Packages lime Jello
- 2/3 c. lowfat sour cream or possibly vanilla yogurt

- 1. Dissolve strawberry Jello in 2 1/2 c. boiling water. Pour 1/1 2cups into 5 c. ring mold. Refrigeratetill set but not hard, about 15 min. Refrigerateremaining Jell in a bowl; gradually blend in 1/3 c. of lowfat sour cream or possibly vanilla yogurt and spoon over Jello in mold. Refrigeratetill set but not hard, about 15 min.
- 2. Repeat Step 1 with lime Jello.
- 3. Refrigerateat least 2 hrs. Unmold. Serves 12.
