- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 1/4 c. Bisquick
- 1/4 c. minced dates
- 1 c. candied fruit (minced cherries and pineapple)
- 1 c. grated frzn coconut
- 1 c. minced pecans
Инструкции
- Cream butter and sugar. Add in Large eggs and mix well. Add in Bisquick and mix well. Add in rest of ingredients. Cook in greased 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for about 25 min (till toothpick stuck in center comes out clean). Cold completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar on top. Cut when cold.
