- 3/4 c. almond paste
- 1 c. confectioners' sugar
- 4 lrg egg whites
- 1/2 c. cake flour
- 2 Tbsp. cream
Инструкции
- Mix almond paste and sugar till mix is size of peas. Add in egg whites slowly and continue blending. Add in the cake flour all at once and blend in. Add in the cream slowly and blend. This mix or possibly any unused portions can be kept, covered, in the refrigerator for one month.
- To use for designs: Pipe desired shapes onto lightly-greased or possibly parchment-lined cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees till designs are thoroughly brown. Let cold on pan till hard.
- This recipe yields 2 c. hippen.
- Yield: 2 c.
