- 4 x pita bread rounds
- 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
- 2 tsp dry oregano
- 1 tsp coarse salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly grnd pepper
- 1 x (8-oz) block feta cheese

- Heat oven to 350 degree. Place pita rounds on a baking sheet and brush with extra virgin olive oil. Sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper.
- 2. Bake till crispy and lightly golden brown, about 10 min. Remove from oven and break pitas in half. Slice feta cheese, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, and serve with herbed pita halves.
- Serves 4.
