- 4 lg. baking potatoes (about 4 1/2 inch long)
- 1 (5 1/2 ounce.) can evaporated skim lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon snipped chives
- 1/8 teaspoon dry sage
- Dash paprika
- 4 teaspoon butter
- 1 teaspoon snipped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake potatoes about 45 min. Cut in half lengthwise, scoop out inside and mash, add in remaining ingredients, except paprika. Mix thoroughly, spoon potatoes into shells on baking sheet, sprinkle with paprika, return to oven for 10 min or possibly till lightly browned. Yield: 8 servings - 1 bread, 1/2 fat, 4 proteins - 110 calories.
