- 1/4 teaspoon dry basil
- 1/4 teaspoon marjoram
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

- Place meat in heavy duty aluminum foil; wrap loosely. Grill over warm coals 6-8 inches from heat in covered kettle cooker, turning occasionally, for 30 min. Mix all other ingredients together.
