Ingredients: 2 c. cake flour sifted; 1 tsp baking soda; 1 tsp ginger; 1/4 tsp salt; 6 Tbsp. butter; 1/2 c. sugar; 1/2 c. molasses; 2 whl Large eggs well beaten; 1/2 c. sour lowfat milk or possibly buttermilk

Ингредиенты

2 c. cake flour sifted
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp salt
6 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. molasses
2 whl Large eggs well beaten
1/2 c. sour lowfat milk or possibly buttermilk

Инструкции

Sift flour, soda, ginger, and salt together 3 times. Cream butter and sugar till fluffy. Add in molasses, Large eggs, and lowfat milk and beat well. Mix in sifted dry ingredients; beat thoroughly and pour into greased 9" x 9" pan. Bake in moderate oven (350 ) 30 to 35 min.
