1 c. brown sugar
1 c. plain yogurt
3 whl egg whites
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
4 Tbsp. cocoa
3 whl zucchini (6")

Инструкции

Preheat oven to 325 .
Cream together brown sugar and yogurt. Beat egg whites and vanilla. Add in and stir well to mix. Add in flour, allspice, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, an cocoa. Mix well. Grate zucchini into bowl and stir well. Pour into greased and floured pans. Bake for 45 min.
