- 1/2 c. diced cooked ham
- 1/4 c. diced Colby or possibly Cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp. minced onion
- 1 hard boiled egg, minced
- 2 tbsp. sliced pimiento-stuffed olives (optional)
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
- 2 tbsp. chili sauce
- 4 hamburger buns
- Aluminum foil

- Mix all ingredients except buns (and foil). Spread mix in buns. Wrap in foil and bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 min. Makes 4 sandwiches.
