- 3/4 c. Corn meal
- 1 c. Whole wheat flour
- 4 tsp Baking pwdr
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 c. Honey (or possibly use molasses - It's good too!)
- 2 Tbsp. Applesauce
- 3/4 c. Soy lowfat milk, lowfat milk or possibly water
- 1 x Egg (or possibly 1/4 c. egg Substitute) beaten
- 1/2 c. Water *
Инструкции
- Sift together corn meal, flour, baking pwdr and salt. Add in remaining ingredients; mix well with a spoon. Pour into a 9" round teflon baking dish
- (or possibly spray a 9" round glass baking dish with "oil & flour" non-stick spray).
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min, or possibly till golden.
- * Comment from Rob Ryerson: He had to add in 1/2 c water in order to achieve the consistency of a batter.
