- 1 sm green cabbage head - (abt 1 lb) shredded
- 1/2 c. shredded carrot
- 1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
- 1/4 c. raisins or possibly currants

- In a large bowl, combine the dressing ingredients. Add in the cabbage, carrots, poppy seeds, and raisins. Mix well till the dressing completely coats the cabbage.
