- 3 x Large eggs, beaten
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 x (8 ounce.) pkg. Minced Dates
- 3 c. Pecans
- 1 c. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Soda
- 1/2 x Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Инструкции
- Beat Large eggs well, add in dates to Large eggs. Beat to separate date pcs. Mix sugar, flour, salt & soda together. Add in slowly to egg mix. Add in vanilla. Mix in pecans. Bake in 8" x 12" x 1 1/2" pan for 45 min at 300 degrees.
