  1. Set machine for dough. When done shape into rolls and let rise and bake at 350 until golden. I use this recipe to make 6, have found which making 12 rolls they are too small for sandwiches and stuff, would be good for dinner rolls which small.
  2. NOTES : Kim's notes: I have divided the dough into fourths and put in a 9x13 pan and the result is like a hoagie/sub type bun. The 6 count rolls/buns make a big bun for hamburgers. These are excellent to use for grilled chicken breast sandwiches. The possibilities are endless. I use a 9x13 "Airbake" pan and it usually takes approximately 45 min to rise and about 20-25 min to bake at 350. Towards the last 10 min or possibly so, I always stick of sheet of aluminum foil over the top, so it doesn't get too brown.
  3. Nan's Notes: Rise time 15-20 min and bake 15 min for a nice soft roll.
