- 1 Tbsp. Yeast
- 3 1/4 c. Unbleached white flour
- 3 Tbsp. Nonfat dry lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Sea salt
- 1 1/8 c. Water
- 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine

- Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature, and place into your machine in order recommended by manufacturer. Program for dough and press start. When the cycle is completed, remove the dough, punch down and let rise in a hot draft free place for 20 mins. (cover with a clean towel).
- Divide dough in half and cut each half into five equal pcs, form into a smooth round ball and place on greased baking sheet about 2 inches apart, flatten slightly with the palm of your hand. Cover with towel and let rise for about 1 hour or possibly till doubled in size.
- Bake at 375 degrees on rack in center of oven for 15 to 20 min or possibly till golden. Remove from oven, separating, if necessary and let cold on a wire rack.
