Ingredients: 1 tsp cream of tartar; 12 med potatoes pared & sliced thin I use my mandolin; 2 c. water; 15 slc cooked ham; 3 x onions peeled & sliced thin salt and pepper to taste; 2 c. American cheese grated; 2 x cream of mushroom soup (10 3/4 ounce each) Paprika

Ингредиенты

1 tsp cream of tartar
12 med potatoes pared & sliced thin I use my mandolin
2 c. water
15 slc cooked ham
3 x onions peeled & sliced thin salt and pepper to taste
2 c. American cheese grated
2 x cream of mushroom soup (10 3/4 ounce each) Paprika

Инструкции

Toss the potato slices in the cream of tartar and water. Drain. Put half the ham, potatoes and onion in the slow cooker. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with half of the grated cheese. Add in remaining potatoes, ham and onions. Sprinkle salt and pepper over top. Top with the remaining grated cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. cover, cook on low for 8 to 10 hrs.
