Ingredients: 2 1/2 c. diced boiled potatoes; 1 1/2 c. cubed ham; 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese; 1 c. lowfat sour cream; 2 x Large eggs, beaten; 3 Tbsp. sliced green onion; 1 tsp seasoned salt; 2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese green onion slices

Ингредиенты

2 1/2 c. diced boiled potatoes
1 1/2 c. cubed ham
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. lowfat sour cream
2 x Large eggs, beaten
3 Tbsp. sliced green onion
1 tsp seasoned salt
2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese green onion slices

Инструкции

Arrange diced potatoes and ham cubes in a shallow buttered casserole.
Stir together cheese, lowfat sour cream, Large eggs, green onion and seasoned salt.
Pour mix over ham and potatoes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30 min or possibly till set. Sprinkle with green onion slices before serving.
