- 1/2 med. sized cauliflower, broken into florets (about 2 c.)
- 1 sliced celery stick
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 grnd pepper
- 1 green pepper, seeded and cut into 1/4 inch wide strips
- 1 c. coarsely shredded Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 pound cooked ham, cut into 2 1/2 inch wide strips (about 1 2/3 c.)

- In 10 inch frying pan heat butter over moderately high heat. Add in cauliflower and celery. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Reduce heat to moderate and cook 7 min. Add in green pepper and ham. Cover. Cook 5-7 min or possibly till green pepper is crisp-tender and ham is hot. Sprinkle with cheese and let stand 1- 2 min till cheese has melted.
