- 1/2 pound (8 ounce.) uncooked macaroni
- 3 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 1 1/? c. lowfat milk
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Pepper to taste

- Boil the macaroni in water till tender and drain thoroughly. Stir in the butter and Large eggs. Mix the mustard, salt, and pepper with 1 Tbsp. of warm water and add in to the lowfat milk. Set aside. Add in the cheese to the macaroni, reserving sufficient cheese to sprinkle on the top. Pour into greased casserole. Add in the lowfat milk and sprinkle with reserved cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 min or possibly till casserole is set.
