- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 1 whl pie crust 8"
- 6 ounce frzn guava juice concentrate
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. water
Инструкции
- Prepare pie filling:Whip cream till stiff, adding sugar slowly.
- Beat cream cheese till soft and fluffy.
- Fold whipped cream into cream cheese.
- Pour mix into prepared and baked crust and refrigeratefor 2 hrs or possibly till hard.
- Prepare pie topping:Bring guava concentrate to a boil.
- Combine water with cornstarch and stir into guava concentrate.
- Cook over low heat till mix turns thick and clear. Cold.
- Spread topping over pie.
- NOTES : You could substitute guava juice with any juice concentrate.
