Ингредиенты
- 1 pkt Unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 c. Cool water
- 1 can (12-ounce) cocktail vegetable juice, heated
- 1/3 c. Mayonnaise
- 1 lb Shrimp, cooked, finely minced or possibly grnd
- 1/2 tsp Onion salt
- 1/2 tsp Prepared horseradish
- 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1/2 c. Celery, minced
- 1/4 c. Olives, finely minced
Инструкции
- Soften gelatin in cool water. Add in to warm vegetable juice and stir well.
- Refrigeratetill slightly thick and beat thoroughly till fluffy with a rotary beater. Add in mayonnaise and shrimp. Stir in remaining ingredients and pour intoa 4-c. mold. (Or possibly individual molds if you like.) Refrigeratetill hard. Turn out onto a tray and decorate to your liking.
- Note: If you want something different, substitute 5-1/2 ounce. can potted meat for the shrimp and season a little more highly.
