- 1/2 pound grnd venison or possibly beef
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. sliced scallions
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown meat in as little oil as possible. Drain well. Blend mayonnaise, lowfat milk, Large eggs, and cornstarch till smooth. Stir in meat, cheese, scallions, salt, and pepper. Put into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 min or possibly till the custard tests done (a knife inserted in center comes out clean).
