Ингредиенты
- 2 lb fish steaks
- 1/2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce, low sodium
- 2 Tbsp. dry sherry
- 2 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
- 1 x scallion finely minced
- 1 tsp garlic crushed
- 1 tsp fresh ginger root chopped or possibly 1/3 tsp. grnd ginger
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Инструкции
- Combine all the marinade ingredients & mix well. Marinate tuna steaks several hrs or possibly overnight (cover & chill).
- Grill steaks over medium heat (or possibly under a broiler) for 4 - 5 min per side or possibly till steaks easily flake with a fork.
- NOTES : Use hard-fleshed steaks (grouper, mahi mahi, swordfish, tuna or possibly amberjack).
- I didn't use the sesame oil.
- The nutritional info is obviously dependent on the fish used but I'll give theinfo according to the book.
- I used tuna, that raised the fat to about 6 g & brought it just under the 30%fat range (if you do not use the sesame oil).
