- 1/4 c. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. white wine Worcestershire sauce
- 2 x garlic cloves peeled, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh rosemary
- 1/2 tsp warm red pepper flakes
- 12 x jumbo shrimp shells left on
Инструкции
- In a large bowl, stir oil, Lea & Perrins White Wine Worcestershire sauce, garlic, rosemary and pepper flakes together. Toss shrimp in oil mix. Chill covered for 3 hrs, turning twice.
- Remove shrimp from marinade and thread onto skewers. Grill shrimp over warm coals, 4 inches from heat for about 2 to 3 min per side. Don't over cook.
- This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
